Pastoral Care
South West is a church that cares about you. We have a variety of resources that can assist you throughout your journey with us. If you are in a Life Group this will be a good place to begin in seeking support and your leaders can direct you to any of our Pastors and resources as the need arises.
If you are not yet involved in a Life Group and need support you might like to contact one of the pastors or leaders of the church who are here to assist you as we can.
From time to time there may be specific needs you have that we would love to support you in. Please feel free to contact us should you have a prayer request, visitation need or you would like some Pastoral Counseling.

Visitation
If you or someone you know is struggling to make it to church due to illness, etc. or is hospitalised. Why not let one of our Life Group leaders or Pastoral team know. We would love to visit them and offer support and prayer. Alternatively contact us through the email address given on the ‘contact us’ page.
Prayer
We would love to partner with you as you believe for God to work a miracle in
your life. If you have a prayer need please contact us at the church office,
fill in a prayer request form located in the church foyer or email us via the
address found on the contact us page.
Careforce
Life can often damage us and we don’t also feel equipped to recover – yet God’s truth makes it clear that He has set us free and healing is possible. So how do we receive this healing. Here at South West one of the approaches we have is to use Careforce Lifekeys programs that particularly address the issues of ordinary people, struggling with every day life.
These programs have been developed by professionals in conjunction with Careforce Church Mt Evelyn and we at South West are partners with them so that we can provide you with these programs. They run in a small group format, with a trained facilitator. Below is a list of the courses we run.
